Take Their Word For It
“Jesse is a wonderful appliance repairman and seems to be pretty great person as well. I've contacted him twice and he came the same day - fixed the problem or recommended next steps and was very fairly priced. He worked on my Maytag washing machine - and I am very grateful - because I didn't want to have to replace it.”
— Mindy M., Washing Machine Customer“Jesse provided excellent service and was very honest and reliable. He showed up looking very professional. His knowledge on appliance repair exceeded my previous experience with other technicians. He offered several solutions to the problem and also gave me valuable tips on how to better maintain my washer and dryer so they last longer and run more efficiently. I will definitely be hiring Jesse again. He’s my go to guy!”

Why is my washing machine not draining?
1
A washer that won’t drain may have a clogged drain pump, blocked hose, faulty lid switch, or pump failure. Standing water in the drum is one of the most common washer repair calls and should be addressed sooner than later to avoid bigger issues down the line.
Why is my washing machine loud during the spin cycle?
2
While spins can be loud, there is a threshold of what is too loud. Unusually loud noises during spin cycles often point to worn bearings, suspension problems, an unbalanced drum, loose components, or drive issues. Note: A noisy washer usually gets worse over time!
Why is my washer leaking water onto the floor?
3
Leaks can come from damaged hoses, loose connections, worn door seals, clogged drains, or internal component failures. Obviously, the longer you wait on fixing the leak, the more potential damage you’ll cause to your machine and do your flooring.
Is it worth repairing a washing machine?
4
In many cases, yes. If your washer is otherwise in good condition, repairing a pump, seal, valve, or suspension component is usually less expensive than getting an entirely new machine. Depending on what the diagnosis is, sometimes exploring a new washing machine is the move.
